I would say you are going to have problems with nearly all laptop purchased in the US because warranties for electronics are typically limited to the country where you purchased it. All laptops can develop problems even high quality laptops. They are very good laptops and the thin bezel of the Infinity Display gives them a smaller footprint making close to the size of a 12" / 14" laptop. I would only get it if you need a laptop with a detachable keyboard and you want to draw / take notes with a digital pen. The Surface Book is a nice, but pretty expensive 2-in-1 convertible laptop.

In extreme cases it may even continue draining the battery even though it's connected to the charger (just slower than it would have otherwise), but before resorting to that setup it will try to cut back on its power consumption overall by throttling performance.
Further, if you have that charger connected while the system is running, you will very likely notice performance throttling because the XPS 15 is designed for a 130W power source. Up to two email protected display connections are supported via type C with an adapter, and HDMI can also be connected. Because of how USB Power Delivery works, the device drawing power will not always draw the maximum amount that the charger is capable of supplying. It is specifically built for the Dell laptop, but may work with the Percision 5510 laptop with some minor tweaks and adjustments.
